Ancelotti has chosen the 24 players who will participate in the group stage of the next Champions League. In the end, Hysaj, whose passage to Valencia was missed in the last days of the market, won the runoff with Tonelli. Instead, there were all the new signings and the nineteen-year-old Gianluca Gaetano, who last May made his Serie A debut in the match against Spal. In the group stage, Napoli will face Liverpool, Salzburg and Genk.
