There is a real risk that the Sofyan Amrabat deal will become the intrigue of the winter market. The issue begins to worry Napoli who have bet on Verona's midfielder for next season. In any case, there is something that keeps an operation pending which they believed concluded in these parts. The news of the last hour tells of an insertion in the Fiorentina deal, ready to satisfy the request of the player who, obviously, is different from the one that Napoli presented him. Cristiano Giuntoli, however, has no intention of letting go and is trying to convince the Verona midfielder about the goodness of the Napoli project.
FAVORITE - The Neapolitan diesse, however, feels strong, also for that agreement already reached with the Gialloblù club which also includes the engagement of Amir Rrahmani, 25 years old, a firm point in the defense of Juric. With him, the agreement has already been found, 12 million will go to Verona in June. The operation should be distinct from that of Amrabat: for the two Giuntoli it has allocated 30 million euros to be paid in the summer for the double purchase. It seemed that everything was resolved and, instead, the doubts of the Moroccan national team midfielder are complicating Napoli's plans
BEST OFFER - On Monday afternoon, Sinouh Mohamed, the footballer's agent, had a meeting at the Inter headquarters. Antonio Conte is also interested in hiring the boy, but the inclusion of Fiorentina has advised the Nerazzurri club to give up. And then, from Florence came the offer that Amrabat's entourage is considering, that is, a four-year contract of 1.8 million euros per season with a low clause. Napoli, on the other hand, submits to him a five-year agreement with the same salary, but with a higher clause, just under € 100 million. And it is on this aspect that the Moroccan midfielder disagrees. The issue is currently on standby, Giuntoli believes that there is still room for convincing him to accept. The discussion will continue and some news may be in the next week. At the moment everyone remains on their own positions. Napoli, however, is in no hurry, is convinced that in the end the player will accept the offer and in June he will wear the blue shirt. It remains to be seen whether the purchases of Demme and Lobotka could, in some way, affect the operation. It would seem not, given the insistence of the club that does not want to give up Amrabat. And so, Napoli could end up with a completely new midfield for next season.
THE OUTSIDE - Giuntoli's interest, even if kidnapped by the Amrabat affair, is also addressed to Kostas Tsimikas, 23 years old, left-handed outsider of the Olympiakos. He is a player that the Neapolitan manager is following with great interest, because the recovery of Ghoulam is postponed from time to time and on the left Gattuso finds himself the only Mario Rui who on Saturday evening, by the way, will not be against Fiorentina, because disqualified.
