Aurelio De Laurentiis intervened on the moment of Napoli, trying to calm the environment and the team that will play against Salzburg for the fourth day of the Champions League group tomorrow.

CONFIRMED RETREAT - "The team will be in retreat until Sunday before the start for the respective national teams - announced the president of the Campania club at Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli -. Ancelotti is a great coach and a gentleman, I have no reason to expect him to do better things than he did. The problem must be found in the work of the group, of amalgam, which depends on the players themselves who have to find reasons. Not only when facing Liverpool and Salzburg, when playing at the level for which they were purchased. In those cases we saw another team, on which we all count. It cannot be casual, we come from a second place and from so many intense years. In the last 18 months we have made 13 new grafts, many of them in the summer, but we also say that the summer retreat has not seen all the players together in collective work. Lozano, to say, arrived at the end of August, Koulibaly instead in the middle of that month. We have had important pawns that have not made the withdrawal with the others, the same Milik has long been unavailable ”.

GREAT POTENTIAL - "We have suffered this situation, but the team has shown that it has great potential". Society makes it clear that it is not a punitive retreat, so that everyone can get to know each other better. "If this swing of results were to continue, then it would become punitive. We all have super paid professionals, we must be faithful to the shirt and know how to honor them, I have no doubt that this will be the case because they are all extraordinary. I'm not worried about the 18 points in the league, we're all in a big group. This is a team that can still say a lot about it ".

TOO MANY PENALTIES — “When I see two penalties against Rome, I am amazed. Lack of concentration, that desire. Then there were the problems of the infirmary, but this still happens in football. In Rome there were some moral beats alea because perhaps Ancelotti was not recognized as a gentleman's status due to regulatory stupidity. The reasons that are brought are ridiculous, unfortunately in football it is unreasonable ”.

REFEREES AND FAVORITES - "It is easy to speak ill of others, I only care about my home and defend the honor of our fans and the team. When you read so many columnists who say everything and the opposite of everything, there is a lot of indifference in this miserable Italian. Everything can be discussed, but I don't want to find alibis. The arbitration problem is very complex and serious and does not want to be addressed. The referees must be like in England managed by the League, all well paid and with fines when they make mistakes, then they are exonerated for that year. Unfortunately we have the big memory of Calciopoli, I had just started and I was upset. Maybe he marked me. Today it is difficult to trust a particular system like that. There are referees who can put their hands on the fire, but how do you do it with everyone? The VAR should be a help, it would take a challenge for the coaches, maybe one in time. You spend more time discussing all these things, with a referee who may not know how to be authoritarian on the pitch. It is clear that there is then a rise in temperature, it is not something that is solved by driving out the tags. The referee is something that needs to be impartial. "

MARKET — "We are right on the outside, on the left: we have several players in that position, we can play Hysaj like Di Lorenzo. There is no such need, then the market is also made with the opportunities that are created. There are arguments that are made in itinere. The January market serves to repair, perhaps there may be young people who can be given and who are not yet engaged in training. To the fans I say to be calm because here we work for them ".
