Ancelotti for life. This is the purpose of Aurelio De Laurentiis, unveiled to Sky microphones. "I took a coach who loves the city and our sports center and wants to stay here for another eight years. I also want him for life, I'm a bit on the Ferguson line: the coach must be the point of reference for the company and to represent it completely. Beyond the corporate management, there is also the sporting one that is central to a club, "said the president of Naples. The president also announced that he is close to signing the convention with the Municipality for the management of the San Paolo. "It will be 10 years, but I will check if they will let me do economic interventions to improve it further and understand how to change then the ten-year convention into something else".

JUVE - De Laurentiis also focused on the differences that exist between his Napoli and Juventus which, at the moment, seems unreachable. "It's a problem of turnover, if I had the turnover of other teams, English or German, I'd win every year. Ronaldo for example makes the difference, there is no doubt, but if you change coach and he with great intellectual honesty wants to understand the real abilities of everyone, you can't not let them play and you have to take into account also that with a different form than the one of the recent years that has given emotions, it is clear that some games lose it, between Ronaldo and a few games lost to evaluate the players ... I have to think about a path, not the annuity while the fan is a fan, but he does not reason why is heartfelt and right to want to win, but sooner or later we'll make it. To understand the sooner or later ".

EUROPA LEAGUE - The challenge with Arsenal is the commitment on which everything is aimed, the club, to try to win the second European competition. "Arsenal is a complicated opponent, it would have been easier with other teams that went to our other rivals. I believe that Ancelotti knows how to manage the competition, he prefers to play the one back at home, for good luck I would have preferred the opposite because lately he had told us well. The Arsenal is a competitive team, it has a good coach, but ours is better and this break for the national teams this time was useful and at the restart everyone will be fit and concentrated in the league and cup ".
