The training center opened the doors early in the morning to welcome the new coach. Rino Gattuso will be here late in the morning to then direct the training which, at first, was set for 11 am, but after Carlo Ancelotti's exoneration he was moved to 2 pm to allow the new coach to travel this morning to reach Naples with a direct flight from Milan.

Gattuso will meet De Laurentiis before speaking to the team and starting his new adventure. It is likely that in these hours Ancelotti will also arrive in Castel Volturno to withdraw his effects and to greet the staff who worked with him in these eighteen months.

THE FIGURES - The parties found the agreement on Sunday, when De Laurentiis met Gattuso. The new coach will receive a salary of 750 thousand euros net up to June. The future, then, will be determined by the ranking in the standings. If Gattuso reaches fourth place, and therefore the Champions League zone, the contract will be extended for another two seasons and the salary will be increased to 1.5 million euros a year. In this possible new agreement, bonuses are also envisaged that would lead to the employment of almost 2 million.

NO CALENDAR - Napoli has decided to cancel the presentation of the 2020 calendar (with photos of the players), which is published every year, scheduled for today. Decision arrived after the exoneration of coach Ancelotti.
