Carlo Ancelotti is no longer in the Naples coach. The club of De Laurentiis announced the exemption of the coach who coached the team in the summer of 2018. He did so in the evening when Napoli, with the 4-0 at Genk, was granted access to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

THE PRESS RELEASE - These are the words of the statement published on the club's Twitter profile: "The Società Sportiva Calcio Napoli has decided to revoke the appointment of technical manager of the first team to Mr. Carlo Ancelotti. The relations of friendship, esteem and mutual respect remain intact between the company, its president Aurelio De Laurentiis and Carlo Ancelotti ".

NOW GATTUSO - In the post-race, at the San Paolo, Ancelotti had reiterated his intention not to resign. "I never did it in my career", had been his words, but after a few hours his adventure at Naples came to an end. Now he is only waiting for the announcement of the new technician, who will be Rino Gattuso: the training scheduled for Wednesday morning has been postponed to the afternoon, when it could be the new technician to direct the Azzurri. For Ancelotti, on the other hand, a future seems likely to come to Arsenal, which has recently interrupted the relationship with technician Unai Emery and is now coached by Freddy Ljungberg.
