The meeting between Napoli and Celta Vigo was held in Spain to find an agreement for the transition to the blue shirt of Stanislav Lobotka, 25, midfielder of the Slovak national team. The negotiation was started by club emissaries (Micheli for Napoli), who also held a summit with the player's manager. Cristiano Giuntoli has given his collaborators a mandate to tighten the time to convince the Spanish club to accept its offer, that is, 3 million immediately for the loan and the remaining, about 22 million, to be paid in June through the formula of the obligation to ransom.
NEARBY AGREEMENT - Celta's request, however, is around 30 million compared to the clause included in the player's contract which provides for the possible transfer to 50 million euros. The clause issue, however, has already been overcome and the two clubs should soon conclude the deal. It is not excluded that Napoli can cover the 5 million that would be missing to match the request of the Spanish club, with a series of bonuses related to the results and performance of the player.
GHOULAM - His is an accident or almost. After being placed on the sidelines of the team during the Ancelotti management, the Algerian outsider is afraid of having to stay out also with Gattuso. And this is the reason that prompted him to ask for the transfer. Marseille would be for him, but there are difficulties of understanding with Napoli which, so far, has not yet received any offer from the French club.
MERTENS AND CALLEJON - Their near future will probably still be Naples, because both were deemed functional to the Rino Gattuso project. If a club were to appear, however, by paying the 10 million of the clause set for the sale of Mertens, then at that point the ball would pass into the hands of the Belgian international. At the moment, however, it does not appear that there is a company willing to pay the amount foreseen in the clause for a player whose contract will expire in six months.
